The machine seems running when I push the power button (because it makes sounds), but on the monitor nothing is shown. ie. It's hard to tell if it's your software, hardware, or something else like an app with a memory leak. It usually happens when I try to update windows.

Random PC freezes, OS often is not responding, PC restarts (blue screen), CPU spikes. (up to 50-70% for no reason) My win7 core 2 duo pc always restart or freeze on arriving at work, returning home after the beach, etc.). Every time the largest application reported is different. Also 4G/LTE coverage is completely random.

My temps are incredibly cool, even while max load. (Have stress tested with Prime95) and have attempted to use Memtest86+ I just don't know what to do...
