I want to put in a Pentium 4 3.2 GHz processor (Socket 478) with an FSB of 800 MHz. DELL LATITUDE D800 cpu RUNS AT HALF SPEED? Of course, going with the VIA chipset board wouldn't be bad either - all Athlon 64/S754 Sempron motherboards have pretty similar performance, due to the integrated memory controller on the CPU.
