Everything is working great … except … when the laptop comes out of hibernation, then sometimes (maybe 25% to 50% of the time) the laptop freezes up. Try booting the laptop from a live Linux CD (I usually use Knoppix) WITHOUT hard drive installed. If the processor power drops for a very short time, the processor will be running in a loop and becomes very hot.
