The thinner it is the better. Temp3 reaches 100 degrees Celsius and above solved CPU temp went to 90+ degrees C while playing without cpu fan. A small pea-sized blob in the middle of the cpu, so it can spread evenly. But this is useless since the CPU will automatically adjust it's frequency depending on the game's demand.
