Your hopes of getting anything recent within the last couple years (read: newest dual core or quad core) are out of the picture.
Normally, if that E2220 is installed on that 9150 board, the system would simply not POST. There's no real point in going to another Intel Pentium D 9xx CPU from a 3.0Ghz. d.
