This has two 'rails' for extended 12v power. The only minor snags were locating drivers for the on-motherboard sound chip, the old stock SoundBlaster PCI card, and the stock NVidia GeForce 5200. I know that some of them may seme pricey for an "older" card and all, but I need to be able to get better performance out of what I have for For what you have described as your needs, there are still a few good AGP cards that will work fine. You have an AGP 8x slot I would suggest a 7600GT, either psu could handle this. Note it does not have TV out--keeping that feature would increase cost.

And they get to set whatever prices they want. There was a 7950GT but it was plagued with problems. All the graphic card drivers installed to the WinXP without problems. it looks to be possible to re-wire a standard one to work on a dell.
