At first it wouldnt recognize the SSD, so I unplugged the other two drive to load the OS. I checked in Computer Management, Disk Management and Device Management, there is just nothing showing up about my External HD! At times, you might hear the USB connection sound as well, but still AutoPlay doesn’t run, when you check the drive in ‘Computer’ you don’t see the any external drive here. Good Luck.

I am having the exact same issue as you and haven't found any fix.
First, unplug the drive from your USB port and try plugging it into another USB port on your computer. In some cases, you may connect your drive to a Windows PC or another device with a USB port and find that it’s not recognized. When I plugged it in for reinstall, it's now working on my devices. in disk management it says that it is Removable, 7.87Gb read Only, and it shows the primary partition is 7.87 GB RAW, Healthy (Active, Primary Partition). Do this for all users 11. Funktionen är inte tillgänglig just nu. Other USB devices like flash drives did connect to this laptop.
