The only problem is that you may be waiting till half way through the year until you can get one. The vast majority of system builders don't overclock, though, and the i5-6400 is fast enough that you won't need to for a budget build.
Junky Hi!1. junky Can you please ask it over the forums? The biggest thing with a cheaper build like this is to get inexpensive parts and throw most of the budget at your graphics card. Stupid or sarcastic suggestions only confuse those needing help.
