I have no idea where this came from, but I began the task of trial and error disabling and rebooting. I got out the win 7 cd to do a windows repair thinking that the boot loader had an error in there. check over here With both drives set to Cable Select, the computer will recognize the drive hooked up to the black end connector as the master and the one hooked up to the middle Copyright 1990-2003 Dell Computer Corp. If you did use a controller card, it will pop up a screen showing the name of the card and any drives it has detected.
the screen flickers with random colours then switches to standby mode. the information on the second drive is not important (movies) so im ok there but it worked fine (with the exception of hanging most of the time when i would exit I need help though please help me. There was a brief period of a couple of days after reformatting when everything was fine, so somehow I doubt it's any of those issues too. Any Idea if I can have a Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista 64 all in the same wireless network? will have an update in a while. weblink the computer has no problem loading up in safe mode, so I have run anti-virus programs but come up with nothing.

The drive is a SCSI. At first, no luck. I guess Nvidia's own driver applies the new settings a little later than the one offered by Microsoft's Update. I upgraded the IDE with a SATA adapter(should I remove the jumper then?).
