thanks to all you guys for your help, it helped tremendously and i learned more stuff about PC's power supplies and fans. i know its from my psu because when it does it i can actually feel the vibration of my psu and its like a phone on a constant vibrate. I respectfully disagree with faramir, you can oil your fans. Call support, make your problem, their problem , not relieve them of all obligations.
