I once purchased a Gigabyte board (which was fixed promptly), that had bent pins. Reboot the PC. This may need to be done in both Windows 10 "Device Manager" and the systems BIOS (usually "F2" or "F10" to access on start-up). This is normal. Don't mess with the BIOS if you aren't comfortable though. A few of them will be "Power Button", but you should come across your culprit. then I downgraded the VGA driver. Also Joysticks do not show up in the powercfg commands. And it is not hibernation or sleep due to idle usage, it is a clean and complete shutdown. news i had the same problem too.
