Reapply updates or service packs applied since initial Windows XP installation. The only option I might of been able to use was to put in the Operating System CD and press f6 to add a RAID or NTFS deal. The laptop won't boot up in safe mode or last known config. Too bad my mouse doesn't work though...
I've actually already downloaded that but since its an .exe file it won't start during the boot up operation. He gets very frustrated and we have no clue how to fix it, Please help!
